Events/Workshops
Over the past five years, a cornerstone of my company are its events, workshops, and interviews. In delivering these services, it is my goal that you and your organization (from the simple start-up to the mature business) derive immediate benefit that is of high-value. Value-Benefits that I and my company provide:
Culmination of Experience: Experience in both government and civilian organizations gives me a unique insight to what you and your business values. My ability to glean the relevant factors to your business contribute to my ability to provide a customized approach that fits your unique challenges. In addition, you receive the benefit of 20 years of military experience and five years as a business owner.
Focused Areas of Delivery: As one can readily find apparent, the niche of services is both small and related. My sole areas of business are strategic human resources accompanied by related support areas of organizational development, talent management, and leadership consulting and service-product support.
Servant Provider: Many of you, as business professionals, have heard of servant leadership. I believe in servant delivery. Your needs, goals, and objectives, are not about me – they are about you and your organization. If at any time, any service, product, or assignment fall short of your expectations, I need and want your feedback.
Executable Information: My consulting, services, and products are developed for execution. The end-product is developed with the expectation that action will be taken. That is why you will find my form of delivery unique – downplaying time-bounded language for in-your-face information. Each assignment, product, and service is developed with the assumption that you want results and expect value – and to that end, it is my expectation and goal that you will receive it.
