1 Minute HR Consultant

I am a Human Resources consultant and speaker with over 15 years of strategic global Human Capital-Human Resources experience, management, and leadership.  I specialize in providing human capital strategies in the areas of change management, talent management, and performance management.  My specific focus with those areas are succession-replacement planning, organizational development, metric-based human capital strategies, and performance appraisal and review.

Prior to starting his company, I served as a Human Resources-Manpower Officer in the United States Navy and still serve our nation as a Naval Reserve Officer.

My areas of expertise and experience include:

  • Positioning organizations for transformational and incremental change management strategies through effective human capital strategies and tactics for the employee workforce;
  • Showing organizations how to develop a fully functioning and effective succession plan and communicate and execute the plan consist with organizational objectives while empowering employees;
  • Partnering with scientific HR professionals and clinical psychologists in the areas of competency-based modeling, workforce planning, and technology migration strategies to ensure functional requirements are captured, and employee buy-in is obtained and communicated;
  • Assisting organizations on how to incorporate effective performance management and employee appraisal programs.

An education “junkie,” I consider myself a life-long learner complimented with a strong bias for action.  Some highlights of my education include MBA (Computer Resources and Information Management), BS (Organizational Management), and several certifications to include certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).  My core values consist of integrity, empathy, and execution.

I am also an avid researcher and writer on human capital strategies and enjoy working with other HR professionals on complex projects.  Some of my favorite pastimes include spending time with reading books (primarily inspiring autobiographies, business management-leadership, and political-historic works), and spending time with my children (proud father of three).
